Leasing Consultant
This is a Full-Time position. Weekends required
Hours: Monday-Friday 9 am- 6pm. Saturday 9 am-5pm. Sunday 12 am-5pm
- Perform all aspects of apartment sales from initial contact to showing an apartment to closing and follow up
- Prepare and execute leases in accordance with property standards and regulations
- Assist Manager with Resident files including (but not limited to): applications, leases, Resident correspondence, lease renewal files
- Assist Manager with all aspects of community operations
- Physically inspect community on a daily basis
- Complete all other duties assigned by supervisor
- Handle Resident inquiries promptly and courteously
- Motivation for sales
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in high stress situations
- Career oriented and highly motivated to succeed
- Working knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunities and the willingness to accept continuous training as needed
- Efficient communication skills and high degree of professionalism, both written and verbal
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable private transportation
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to travel to and assist other properties as need arises
- Prior apartment or leasing experience
- Experience using Yardi Voyager
- High School diploma or equivalent

Property Manager
This is a Full-Time position. Weekends required

- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property
- Perform all aspects of apartment sales from initial contact to showing an apartment to closing and follow up
- Prepare and execute leases in accordance with property standards and regulations.
- Process Resident files including (but not limited to): applications, leases, Resident correspondence, lease renewal files
- Physically inspect community on a daily basis
- Handle Resident inquiries promptly and courteously
- Problem-solving skills to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
- Build and manage a strong team
- Motivate and hold accountable leasing team
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable private transportation
- Career oriented and highly motivated to succeed
- Efficient communication skills and high degree of professionalism, both written and verbal
- Organization and the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
- Basic computer skills

Maintenance Supervisor
This is a Full-Time position. Mandatory on call hours
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm.
- Turn over units within an established time-frame
- Communicate efficiently and swiftly with both residents and management
- Maintain community integrity on a daily basis
- Physically inspect community on a daily basis
- Oversee all maintenance work
- Direct and supervise day to day operations
- Motivate and hold accountable maintenance team
- Provide proficient and continuous learning and development to team
- Working knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunities and OHSA regulations, and willingness to continuously train when necessary
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize
- Efficient communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs
- Establish professional rapport with team and residents
- Ability to preform a wide range of duties in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to multi-task and communicate in high stress situations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable private transportation
- EPA certification type one and two not required at time of application, but will be required in the future.
- Have/purchase your own tools
- 2-3 years maintenance experience
- Experience using Yardi Voyager maintenance app
- High School diploma or equivalent

Maintenance Technician
This is a Full-Time position. Mandatory on call hours.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.
- Evaluate and resolve work orders according to company quality standards
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve various mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Establish professional rapport with residents and team
- Turn over units within an established time frame
- Physically inspect community on a daily basis
- Complete all other duties assigned by Supervisor
- High degree of professionalism
- Maintain community integrity by checking zones on a daily basis and assisting where needed
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs
- Time management, prioritization skills, and good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and communicate in high stress situations
- Ability to perform a wide range of duties in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable private transportation
- EPA certification type one and two not required at time of application, but will be required in the future.
