Founded by Joe and Marlyne Sexton in 1962, The Sexton Companies has remained family-owned and locally owned throughout its history. Since 2002, the company has been proudly 100% women-owned, continuing a tradition of long-term ownership, resident service, and investment in the communities it serves.

The portfolio includes a mix of established and newly constructed apartment homes, offering both long-standing community stability and modern living options.

Communities include one-, two-, and select three-bedroom apartment homes, as well as two- and three-bedroom townhomes at select properties. Most communities offer on-site parking, including carports and garages, along with amenities such as swimming pools.

Many Sexton communities are conveniently located near Interstate 465, near major hospitals and medical centers, and in some cases near downtown Indianapolis with access to restaurants, entertainment, and cultural destinations.
