Property Manager
We are looking for motivated, self-starters to manage our communities. Candidates should be organized, enthusiastic leaders who are detail oriented and able to motivate their team to achieve results. Strong supervisory, interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills are a must. Prior apartment management or sales management experience is a plus. Leasing Consultant
Candidates should be outgoing individuals who enjoy working with the public. Excellent sales and customer service skills a must. Prior apartment leasing experience is a plus. Must have basic computer knowledge and be able to work weekends.
Maintenance Supervisor
Candidates should be organized, detail oriented, EPA certified, and familiar with all phases of apartment maintenance. The ability to communicate with management and residents, as well as lead a team, is a must. Candidates must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must have own tools. Uniforms are supplied. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with alternating on-call hours.
Maintenance Technician
Candidates should be experienced in a variety of areas including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Prior experience in apartment maintenance, as well as EPA certification preferred. Candidates must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must have own tools. Uniforms are supplied. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with alternating on-call hours.
